Step 1
Research & Planning
The first step is to get to know everything about us and factory framed homes.  Call us, we’ll take the time to answer all your questions.  Our single best piece of advice start early it will save money in the long run.
Step 2
Design & Customize
This is the fun part! Begin by choosing a style of home or floor plan, or customize a floor plan. We will establish a budget based on preliminary designs to determine if your budget matches your dream.
Step 3
Purchase & Building Preparation
Now you are in the expert hands of one of our proffesional Project Coordinators. They coordinate your project from start to finish  They are your single contact point with Winton that ensures your build is as stress free as any construction project can be.  
Step 4
Delivery & Construction
This is the big day. Our truck delivers your home and construction begins. Your Project Coordinator is still available  to provide answers to all those little details.
Step 5
Locked Up & Weather Tight
It’s time for all your personal touches. 
Step 6
Move in & Celebrate
