Every Winton home has a dedicated project manager, your go-to person for all questions and concerns.
Upon completion of the all important design and budgeting phases of your project you are assigned a dedicated project manager who will:
- Answer ALL your questions
- Handle builder/foundation related issues
- Supply chain coordination
- Delivery and related issues
- After build warranty issues
Winton project managers are seasoned professionals. Some have run our manufacturing operations and one is even a second generation Wintonian!
Each project manager has the experience to appreciate the stress you may go through during the lead up to, and during construction. They’ll guide you through all kinds of unique issues with local building authorities, engineers and local contractors. Winton project managers have handled thousands of construction projects, but they understand that this is probably your first. "You'll feel right at home."
All our project co-ordinators understand that when you’re building a home, time is money, so they make themselves readily available and are quick to respond to your requests. We never lose sight of the fact that for many customers this is the largest single purchase you’ll make and we want it to be an exceptional experience and result.
