Darren Weber brings over four decades of experience in the construction industry, beginning his career as a tradesman in 1981. Based in Alberta, Darren Weber represents Winton Homes across the regional districts of Jasper, Yellowhead, Barrhead No. 1, Lac Ste. Anne, Sturgeon, Parkland, Leduc, Brazeau, and Wetaskiwin No. 10.

Since 2000, he has earned a strong reputation as a home builder and project manager through his company, Weber Project Management, a warranty-approved contracting business recognized for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects, including hotels, banks, and multiple Winton packages. 

Specializing in acreages and vacation properties, Darren offers expert guidance to clients building in rural and recreational settings. His extensive experience with Winton Homes packages gives him a deep understanding of the prefabricated building process, allowing him to support clients through every stage of their build.

A dedicated family man with three children, a wonderful wife, and young grandchildren, Darren values the importance of creating lasting, functional homes.

Justin Tataryn

Justin Tataryn is a licensed BC-certified builder and Red Seal carpenter with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Residing in Golden, BC, Justin operates a successful general contracting company and proudly represents Winton Homes in the Kootenay region. His work spans new residential construction, remodeling, and light commercial projects, and he has earned a reputation for his honesty, integrity, and high-quality craftsmanship.

Since building his first Winton Home in 2008, Justin and his team have exclusively partnered with customers to bring their Winton home dreams to life. His extensive knowledge of Winton products, combined with years of hands-on experience, made him a natural choice as a Columbia region representative for Winton Homes. Over the years, Justin has also had the privilege of working on numerous community-based multi-family housing projects, including First Nations initiatives in the Yukon and northern BC.

Justin is passionate about ensuring his clients understand every aspect of the construction process, from planning to the final finishing touches.

With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Scott brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge to his role. His extensive career has encompassed framing subcontracting, working on concrete high-rises in Vancouver, overseeing multi-family and commercial projects, and building custom homes.

For over 15 years, Scott has operated as a general contractor specializing in custom homes with home warranty coverage. His dedication to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction has earned him a reputation as a trusted builder in the region. 

Since joining Winton Homes in 2023, Scott has embraced the company’s forward-thinking approach to home design and construction. Beyond sales, he provides Winton customers with comprehensive building services, including foundation work, framing, and siding. Scott’s commitment to making the home-building journey seamless and rewarding aligns perfectly with Winton’s mission to deliver high-quality, customized homes tailored to each client’s vision.

Shay Bulmer

Shay Bulmer is an ENERGY STAR® and Net Zero Certified contractor with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Based in Vanderhoof, British Columbia, Shay and his wife Christina founded Northern Homecraft in 2011 and now offer home building in the communities of Prince George, Fort St. James and Fraser Lake. Northern Homecraft has since established a reputation for building some of the most energy-efficient homes in Northern BC. His team’s dedication to quality and sustainability has earned them numerous accolades, including multiple Northern BC Housing Awards of Excellence, notably the "Single Family Homebuilder of the Year" award in 2023, and a prestigious provincial Georgie Award in 2018.
